At The Athena Hotel, we strive to provide an inclusive and welcoming environment where guests feel comfortable discussing their individual needs openly and freely. We understand how important it is to have clear accessibility information before travelling, and we believe guests should be able to make informed decisions with honest and practical guidance in advance.
As a traditional London townhouse hotel, Athena Hotel is not a purpose built accessible property, and accessibility can vary depending on the room type, floor level, and route through the building. For this reason, we encourage guests to contact us before booking or travelling so we can provide clear information about the layout of the hotel, possible limitations, and whether the property may be suitable for their specific needs.
